Ariana Grande’s ‘One Love Manchester’ Becomes 2017’s Most Watched U.K.’s TV

Ariana Grande’s benefit concert for the victims of the Manchester Arena bombing took place over the weekend. The star-studded event was also broadcast live on BBC One television network to an average of 10.9 million viewers. That makes it the UK’s most watched television event in 2017.

What’s more is 22 million people tuned into the event for at least three minutes at some point during the show’s duration.

Besides Grande headlining the concert at Old Trafford Cricket Ground, other performers included Pharrell Williams, Mac Miller, Black Eyed Peas, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Robbie Williams, and Liam Gallagher.

Other stars – such as Stevie Wonder, Chance The Rapper, DJ Khaled, Jennifer Hudson, Demi Lovato, Kendall Jenner, and Rita Ora – appeared in video messages during the concert.
