Cash Money Records co-founder Birdman is looking to sell his Miami mansion for $20,000,000. The 7-bedroom, 12-bathroom home reportedly comes with 100 feet of water frontage and a dock for a 100 foot yacht. Other amenities include a volleyball court, a movie theater, pool, 6-car garage and much more.
The sale comes as Birdman and Cash Money face lawsuits from Lil Wayne and other Cash Money artists. Despite that he has made Forbes’ 2017 list of the richest people in Hip-Hop, coming in at #4 with $110 million.
However, listing agent Brett Harris has said that Birdman has grown tired of having such a massive house, and is looking for a smaller option in the same part of Florida. “It’s too much home for him,” said Harris.
