Apple has confirmed that they’ll finally release a new documentary on the rise and success of Cash Money Records. The production, called “Before Anythang: The Cash Money Story” will be released on Apple Music this Friday (February 16th) after the film went through numerous delays.

Initially set for release in the fall of 2016 and then again in May of 2017, fans will be happy to know there are no more delays. Baby and his brother Slim served as executive producers on the film and Birdman narrates his childhood and inspiration in forming the label.
According to a press release, a soundtrack will be released alongside the movie.
According to Billboard.com:
A trailer released this month added hype to the already highly anticipated documentary, which includes exclusive footage and interviews surrounding the New Orleans native’s family upbringing and childhood environment. “Baby wanted to do something different in life, so I chose music and started Cash Money Records,” says the 48-year-old to close out the concise teaser.
