Bobby Shmurda’s GS9 affiliate, Santino Boderick was, on Wednesday (Jan 18), slapped with a sentence of 117 1/2 to 130 years in prison for his involvement in gang-related violence.
Before receiving the news of his lengthy sentence, Boderick told a Manhattan judge to “suck my d**k,” and dropped other swearwords, resulting in the defendant having to be expelled from the courtroom.
According to reports, Boderick had been convicted of some 23 counts, including Conspiracy to Commit Murder, Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, Attempted Assault in the First Degree, Criminal Use of a Firearm in the First Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.
Special narcotics prosecutor Bridget G. Brennan confirmed the news in a press release …
“Santino Boderick was convicted of multiple incidents involving shocking violence, and which reflected utter disregard for human life,” Brennan stated. “The sentence imposed on him today will protect the community, and appropriately punish behavior that terrorized countless innocent people.” Read more…
According to Page Six, the 23-year-old reportedly rejected a plea deal that three other GS9 members (Bobby Shmurda included) had accepted. The three are each serving seven-year sentences. Boderick had been offered 15 years due to additional charges. And that’s what he said no to.
