The richest man in Hip-Hop – as named by Forbes in their 2017 Cash Kings list – is currently being sued by an ex-personal chef for wrongful termination and sexual harassment.
Cindy Rueda, who worked for the Bad Boy label exec, between 2015 and 2016 filed suit in the Superior Court of the State of California on Monday May 8. She claims she had to routinely serve Diddy meals after he had sex while he was still naked. She also says a friend of Diddy’s (real name Sean Combs) approached her in the kitchen also naked and asked her to “admire his genitals.”
Rueda also says she was “set up” to be a fall-girl after she complained about her working conditions. She says she was fired after refusing to sign a waiver that would stop her from publicly speaking negatively about Diddy.
Combs’ camp says the lawsuit is false and “frivolous.”
