18 year old rapper NBA YoungBoy was arrested on a warrant related to a kidnapping charge. The Louisiana rapper was headed to a performance in Tallahassee at the Moon nightclub when police officers boarded his tour bus and discovered the performer was a Georgia fugitive.
YoungBoy had a warrant out for his arrest in Georgia in connection to assault, weapons and kidnapping charges. When on the bus, police ran his record and arrested the up-and-coming artist. He’s scheduled to appear in court on Monday.
TMZ first reported the arrest, but it’s not the musicians first run in with the law. Last year he was given a suspended sentence of 10 years in prison and 3 years on probation after he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a firearm. The sentence was related to a drive-by shooting in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
